It is a ten year vineyard, planted in strategic areas of the state that is protected from strong winds. The semi-rocky area, surrounded with wild lavenders that are grown mainly in this area, give an extra aroma to the grapes.
The grapes are of cabernet variety, specially selected for making distilled spirit. The distillation process follows the process of producing brandy but with some variation that gives a semi-sweet, 45 degrees distilled product. It is triple distilled infused with real honey.
